This is the third compilation from Russian Dak Community and it's a massive one with 39 tracks. It contains both artist I have listen to before as well as artists I've never heard about before.
Paranoia Musique from Brazil have published this compilation of gothic tracks. The styles range from more traditional post-punk to heavier electronic tracks.
In an interesting touch this compilation has the release year as part of the title. Unlike the compilations from Russian Dark Community this compilation from Dark Electro Polska is more limited by borders and it only contains artist that are actually from Poland, but there are still many interesting acts to choose from and many of the big names in the Polish dark electronic scene takes part here.
A rather bland name for this compilation but the content isn't. This is the first compilation out from Russian Dark Community, but the artists are not exclusively from Russia so you get a wide variation both in styles and geographic origin.
Brutal Resonance keeps pumping out these compilations. As we had a very hot summer this year the theme of the compilation is exactly that. It's not all industrial, there are also some electro, synth pop et.c. on it.
While the title may sound like some spam e-mail it is a reference to the unusually hot weather and how it requires some real dedication to wear all black in this heat. Far from everything is goth, but it features 20 tracks in several different styles of dark electronic.
Only seven tracks on this release, but it manages to cover some very different styles. The odds that you will like everything is slim, but I think you may find at least some of the track to your liking.
A new compilation of Swedish electro has hit the net. This compilation contains 49 tracks of electronic music from Sweden. As you may suspect it covers quite a bit of different genres ranging from mellow to aggressive.
The CIA in this compilation stands for Creative & Individual Arts and if that didn't give enough hint it also bears the warning "This is art - not mainstream". So don't say you wasn't warned. What you get is 48 tracks in many different styles, some more experimental than other.
This is a compilation to show of the abilities of VCV Rack, a VST that emulates a modular synthesizer. As such it is a bit of a failure as most tracks are ambient. It would have been more interesting if it would have covered other genres as well, but it's a free download from Bandcamp.
Another on in the series of compilations with the tricky name from the German label Workers Welt. The title promises goth and electronic, metal and rock and it manages quite well with delivering it too. A bit more electronic than the others, but still quite good width.
The title of this compilation from Brutal Resonance don't lie. There is a lot of industrial on this massive 75 track release. Not all of it is industrial. You also get synthpop, witch house, ambient et.c. but there is a lot of industrial. There are also several tracks that are industrial metal/rock and that's a nice touch.
The summer of 2017 have come and passed, but the music lives on. This compilation from Unknown Pleasures Records contains mostly goth in various forms, but also some synthpop and even indie rock.
Paranoia Musique have published it's third compilation of dark and gothic tracks. If you like the more moody side of darkness it's well worth a download.
Another monthly compilation from Brutal Resonance. This time it's ten tracks, but the total running length is still high due to many of the tracks being very long. Two of the tracks are over ten minutes long and five are over six minutes. In my opinion this is the weakest release in the series, but then I'm not a big fan of noise (as a genre).
